  2. Volt benefits will be applied automatically.

For existing O2 customers: 

  1. Customers can complete a postcode check to ensure Virgin Media is available in their area.  
  2. Sign up to a Virgin Media broadband or broadband and TV bundle online, over the phone or in-store 
  3. Volt benefits will be applied automatically once the customer’s broadband services are installed. 

For consumers looking to join Virgin Media or O2, they can do this simply by purchasing a Volt Bundle, which gives them a discount compared to buying services individually and their benefits will be automatically added to their account.
